Cara-Fix Midlands, a Swift Approved Service Centre, is based in Lichfield providing professional mobile servicing and repairs to owners of touring caravans and motorhomes throughout Staffordshire and the West Midlands. The owner, Mark Lowe, is an ex-MOT tester who has worked within the UK automotive aftermarket for over 40 years. Mark's son, Tom, joined the business in 2018 and has completed a 3 year caravan and motorhome apprenticeship at Emtec college, Nottingham which included the NCC elements required for AWS servicing. "Thorough" is our description of the services offered.

Annual servicing, general repairs, pre-purchase inspections, damp reports, electrical inspection conditioon reports (EICR), appliance repairs, Alde fluid changes and motor movers supplied/fitted.

An exceptional service provided by Mark and Tom at Cara-fix. Having had the caravan new we were concerned with some minor knocking when towing. Tom particularly identified that the manufacturer had not set the brakes correctly. He fixed the issue and the van now tows perfectly. - Richard Routley
