Have just found out that Devon Leisure who started servicing my caravan in 2020 and logged it onto the Swift portal as he should to keep up the ten year ingress warranty , hasn't logged on since 2020 so warranty is void. So don't trust this company - ian ibbeson

I booked Devon leisure to fit a two cylinder refillable gas system to my Hymer , all went well with the booking I was informed the parts needed had arrived the day for fitting was confirmed. THEY JUST DIDNT TURN UP I TELEPHONED AGAIN AND AGAIN IM STILL WAITING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ,!, - Brian Prest

I telephoned to explain the problem with my heating and the engineer was fantastic, he talked me through a couple of easy tests whilst on the phone to check power supply, then explained what the possible problem was, quoted price and lead time, and stuck to it.
