Kustom Sport is a family business based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. We operate an Approved Workshop, providing servicing and repairs for caravans and motorhomes, as well as modern factory that cuts and finishes removable carpets for caravans and leisure vehicles. We have been manufacturing removable carpets for the leisure industry for over 20 years, supplying between 400-500 carpets every week to many major manufacturers of caravans and motorhomes throughout the UK. The approved workshop and carpet factory are part of our modern complex located in a purpose built business park in Carlton on the outskirts of Barnsley. Our customers see their caravans and motorhomes as a home-from-home, so we pride ourselves on the meticulous attention to detail that we take when manufacturing carpet sets. Customers can also benefit from our industry leading expertise through the ranges of cab mats, step mats, door entrance trays and shower matting that can be custom created to the exact sizes required and in a range of colours and personalised options. Using the latest CNC machinery, customers can simply supply us with the make and model of newer caravans and we can source the floor-plan via computer drawings. Alternatively, we can create manual templates of a caravan's internal floor-plan and cut carpets accordingly. Kustom Sport also has an onsite retail shop that stocks all the essential items for caravanning and camping. We pride ourselves on providing a highly professional service, tailored to meet your specific requirements and all to an agreed budget with no hidden costs.
