Spencer’s Caravan Services We are a fully mobile workshop offering several services and repairs to touring caravans and motorhomes, either at your home or storage sites across areas in Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset. In 2018-2019 a decision was made to become a fully established mobile business working in the leisure industry, during this time we followed guidelines and procedures to become part of the AWS scheme . In 2020 we achieved our Approved Workshop Scheme status which is brilliant to be part of, this allows to work on vehicles in warranty periods. At Spencer’s Caravan Services we pride our self in a quality and professional workmanship. We are a small team, providing a friendly, professional and reliable service. Our aim to help ensure you’re adventuring out safely and enjoy your camping trip with your family and friends making memories. We are only at the end of the phone if customers have any enquiries to keep their mind at rest. Dan started his journey in 2013 at Webbs Motorhomes/Caravans as an apprentice straight from school wanting to do something different and unique. There wasn’t a college course for this trade so he learnt on the job.In that time he passed his qualification and achieving the NCC Service Award and gained valuable experience before flying the nest to create Spencer's Caravan Services. An extra thing to mention we are a very small team at Spencer’s Caravans , when it’s really busy it’s can be very demanding and most people can’t do alone.So there is always a little helper behind the scene, my wife Laura her role here is to keep everything in control, taking all phone calls and enquiries. Big part of her role is the admin side, ordering parts and keeping everything on track for running day to day business. Laura has also undertaken some product training to extend her knowledge and help customers where she can. The contact number that you see on screen will come into Laura she is always happy to help. In December 2023 ready to go into 2024, we made a decision to take on fixed base, so this allows us to help cover all eventualities. We can help book customers in but unfortunately can't guarantee the weather. unbelievable service. Less than 3 days notice they attended out of normal hours to complete an inspection on a used caravan for me. Very very informative.
