This staff, and in particular Matt who looked after our vehicle took great care to explain the problem beforehand and after the work had been completed. I did not have any work done, it was just a call asking for help with a 12V sockets issue, no time to book in for a repair. Sharon kindly referred me to their workshop for advice.
