Members since 2015, JB Caravan and Trailer Services have now won the award for the third time, highlighting their consistent dedication to quality and customer care.

How the awards are judged

The annual AWS Awards are assessed against a range of criteria, including  compliance with scheme requirements, independent assessments, customer feedback, and customer votes.

The winners and finalists have to demonstrate high quality work and adherence to a strict code of conduct, and show they have delivered high standards of service and repair work throughout the year.”
